Intercel RCU95...Repeater Controller?

Ok so i was cleaning out my garage and i came across an Intercel Communication RCU95. It looks to be a repeater controller however i cant find any information online about them. I did firnd a company called Intercel that deals with GSM modems but no talk about repeater controllers. Its a gold box aprox 6"X6"x2" with 3 15 pin ports on the back labeled RPTR TX RPTR RX and Mobile also has 3 lights on the front labeled off/stby local and system. Anyone ever heard of them and by any chance have a manual for it?
