MTS 2000 CPS R02.03.00 further advice sought

Hi Forum first off a happy new year to you all.
I am still having problems with these MTS 2000 sets I have now installed the Last CPS for the MTS2000 R02.03.00 I cannot get it to run if I try I cannot even see a port let alone read the device just a blue screen of death which is unusual in windows xp pro sp3 , this remains just 2 seconds then reboots any ideas ???
