New on MOL today, 5/14/2014, Minitor VI Firmware Upgrade Kit - D0014

Look in Resource Center > Software > Paging > Firmware/Flashing > Minitor VI Firmware - D0014

There is a separate PDF file listed that is the Release Notes for the Firmware Upgrade.

Instructions for using the upgrade are provided when opening the application.

I have been advised that this firmware upgrade addresses the poor VHF sensitivity issue.

The release notes on this are now in the same file area of MOL as the upgrade. They don't say much:

Lies

It always worries me when software products have spelling errors in them. Firmware updater program reported it was updating the "codplug".

Anyone heard any updates from /\/\ on the Min VI issue? I installed the firmware update but no improvement noted, perhaps made the problem a bit worse.

Any update on the improvements for the pager? is it worth it to buy one yet?

The Firmware Version is R01.04, but the name of the Upgrade Kit is R01.05
