COM120B Real time clock failure

HI!
I have a COM120B with not a lot of use on it... I went to use it and got a REAL TIME CLOCK failure in the diagnostics, The 3.7 volt battery on the controller tray is good...and the two red LEDS are flashing.
It seems to be working fine with exception of no traces on the Analyzer/Scope.. All other functions are working.....
Any Ideas where I can look????
