Newby Question.

I have research this with different results.

Is the Astro Spectra capabable of ADP encryption? And if so what firmware version does it need to have??

Also the CPS version??

Astro Spectra is not capable of ADP encryption. Astro Spectras use Astro Spectra CPS. Last known version is R5.03
An Astro Spectra Plus might be able to as it uses a different command board and uses Astro 25 mobile CPS, current version is R20.01.

This is correct. Astro Plus radios support Software ADP with a flash option.
