The XPR8300 repeater always transmits on both time slots when keyed, so any amp that works with analog will work fine.

I had tested 20 years old Andrew Bi-Directional Amplifiers in an underground project with Motorola DR3000 (XPR8300) repeater in digital mode and it worked without any problem. I also used some cheap low noise amplifiers (LNA) in head-end units with Motorola DMR repeaters in digital mode. Two slots, no problem. FYI.
