IFR_Marconi 2965A boot failed

I have IFR/Macroni 2965A radio test set,first time It showed RTC battery lost,I replaced battery to new so machine work fine.But next day I turned on it showed Macroni LOGO,and displayed all self-test pass,first line showed"no program please download from PC".
Is 2965A lost progarm or other?Any one could help me?Really appreciated.
