Motorola XTS 5000 headset help

Hi all,
I've taken apart this headset, dumb idea apparently, NMN6245A - Motorola Solutions USA in an effort to extend the length of the wiring. However the wires do not match up now and I can only get the PTT wire to work. There is no speaker audio or mic audio. I've been trouble shooting for over an hour and was wondering if anyone has a wire color diagram.
