Batboard

We have just installed the MIP 5000 system last week. 4 station computers with a 4 radio license system. We are having problems with TX receiving audio cutting in and out, or our units are having to call in to us multi times before we can hear them. Also we are getting dropped connections during the middle of TX like a dropped cell phone call. Very annoying!!! Any body have a possible reason why we might have this problem? We have increased the jetter to 100 MS with no improvements. Any help would be of great!!!

Get wire shark on the switch were the audio gateways are and do a port mirror or use a tap. Look at the traffic coming into the gateway and see if the audio cuts out before it is received by the gateway
