Centra on Gold Elite paging issues

Anyone ever came across, an issue where the paging tones are heard on the dispatchers head set but they don’t get transmitted? This issue has been ongoing and very intermittent, and not all the same dispatchers, eliminating the human error factor. We’ve check the wire lines while test paging and haven’t been able to pin point it. Any help would be appreciated.
