Price on MSF5000

Hey Everybody,

How much are those MSF5000 running anyways these days, for a UHF around 450-470, that are CBX? not sure if its that, the one that can do Transparent, or have secure boards

Thinking of getting one, one day just to mess around with on the encyption part, or could try open PL on our repeaters, ughhhhhh.

Oh yeah btw, anybody every tried using those simplex repeater that radio shack use to sell, and see if it passes secure transmissiong through it?

I've been seeing them going between $1200 - $1800 bucks on flea-bay. Last one I picked up was a C74CXB with a secure board and a MRTI tray for $1500.
