I've got a tuned and ready to go Celwave duplexer for 900 Mhz amateur freq.

It's model 5061-1 and the range on it reads 806-960 Mhz. I'm just trying to figure out how much power I can throw in to it. I've tried looking around at the RFS site for info, but no luck so far. Anyone have an idea?

Just curious. I'm looking into using one of those, and I am wondering:

What split did you tune it for? 25 or 12mc? What is your isolation like?

From what I've heard, I think they might be rated to 75 watts... Not solid on that, though...

I actually had someone do the tuning for me, sorry on that.

I had it tuned for a 25 Mhz split - 927/902 MHz. I kinda had to frown on the BNC connectors on the duplexer, but it was what I could find at the time, and the price seemed right. Now I just have to get my 900 transmitter (modified maxtrac) straightened out.

For the moment, my transmitter isn't the problem. It's getting a spectra to receive... Also working on the VCO lock, but that's not too big a deal...

I can think of worse things than BNC connectors. BNC tends to be pretty low loss, they just can't be used in harsh environments. Granted, nothing beats type N for stuff like that, but BNC isn't the end of the world.

I'm looking at picking a set up new, in the box, for about 175.

One way or another I'm going to be setting everything up for a 25mhz split...
