Will a Whelen stobe power supply work with ShoMe strobes?

Yes, that will work. The only thing you have to be careful about is using Federal Signal strobes with any other brand. The wires are switched around in Federal Signal strobes. That goes for power supplies and strobe heads.

If Whelen finds out you were using another product with their PS's, they won't warranty them. Just a heads-up.

thanks for the replies, wound up using the orignal shome power supply, someone had reversed a wire on one of the strobe head cables and the power supply would not flash any of the heads.

same goes for those Galls Whelen lightbars with non Whelen guts in them.
Why do they do that? I will never understand.
