I recently got a VHF Secure Expo (P/N H33BXU3120ANSP01), Rx/Tx in the 164MHz range. The unit has an unusual encryption module that I hope somebody can identify. It is a small unmarked ceramic substrate with surface mount parts and one "black blob" IC (strange maybe due to the "SP" designator?). Most of it's wires go directly to the external keyloader connector and a few to the board(s) below it. I cannot get the radio to accept a DVP or DES key. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
