looking to get some of these for a new work truck. Who has the best deal on these?

TIR3s are largely being replaced by LIN3s, and will be completely replaced by the LINs sooner or later. The LINs give better off-axis coverage and look better in the deeper flange, IMO.

Sirennet.com seems to be the best bet.

You'll be happy with either one.

http://www.lshlights.net has good deals on both.

All large retailers will have the same prices because they are the lowest permitted by Whelen.

What you need to look for is who has the best shipping.

i have the best light that you can get. it has 180 degress of lighting and is brighter than whelen

Either your trying to be humourous or you must not want to sell it very bad. You didn't post a link, picture, description, brand/model name, or even a link.
