If you're talking voice pagers, the Minitor II wins, hands down, in my book. They don't have a lot of the fancy bells and whistles available on more modern pagers, but they are rock-solid as far as performance is concerned.

The one that doesn't go off at 3:00 am works great for me!

Seriously though, I just got a Min V to replace my old Min II and I'd like to trade back.
Sorry, I can't treat stupid...

Amen to that! If it wasn't for the fact that I need to alert for two sets of tones without a common tone between them (510.5/349.0 & 457.9/368.5), I'd switch back to a II in a heartbeat. I had to "upgrade" to a III when I started running with two different volly FD's, then it died on me, and I had to "upgrade" to a IV. The IV is actually a sight better than the III, but there's no way it can ever touch a II. I haven't got to really play with a V yet, but the things I've been hearing about them isn't encouraging.
