Does anyone know which file is the self-extracting file to load WinRar on to your computer?

I have the WinRar File but fogot which is the executable file to load it into the computer.

I was thinking that the file had to be extracted, it has been a long time since I used this program. In going through the menus, options, settings, I forgot you have to check the associate WinRar with ext.'s. That is what I was looking for.
