Best guess would be a wide range only, dependent on condition, and would run from
maybe $125 to possibly $300 for a really nice, minty unit. It would have to be a QXK
model and might not include the encryption module. If you're now considering a specific
radio remember that the bandsplit can only be determined with certainty by reading the
radio with RSS, even though there is a display present.
